About the Role
As a Retail Sales Department Manager, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic management team. In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop strong relationships with customers, meeting their needs in a quick and efficient manner. You will also supervise and participate in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service.
