About the Role
As a Retail Sales Department Manager, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic management team where people love to shop. In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop strong relationships with customers, meeting their needs in a quick and efficient manner. You will actively participate in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service. Your success in this position will rely on your ability to lead by example, training and coaching associates while providing in-depth product knowledge.

Requirements

- verifiedAbility to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports
- verifiedAvailable to work varied days and hours including evenings and weekends
