About the Role
As a Retail Sales Department Manager, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic management team where people love to shop. In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop strong relationships with customers, meeting their needs in a quick and efficient manner. You will also supervise and participate in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service. Your success in this position will rely on your previous management experience combined with strong selling and customer service skills.
