About the Role
As a Retail Sales Manager for Cosmetics & Jewelry, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic management team. In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop strong relationships with our customers, meeting their needs in a quick and efficient manner. Your success will depend on your previous management experience combined with strong selling and customer service skills.
This position offers a rewarding opportunity to pursue a management career with a company that values its employees and its customers. You will be responsible for supervising and participating in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service, while also aiding in the training and coaching of Beauty Advisors and sales personnel.
