About the Role
As a Retail Sales Manager for Cosmetics & Jewelry, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, dynamic management team. In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of associates, ensuring they develop strong relationships with our customers to meet their needs in a quick and efficient manner. Your success in this position will rely on your previous management experience combined with strong selling and customer service skills.
You will actively participate in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service.
