About the Role
As a Retail Sales Manager for Cosmetics & Jewelry, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic management team. In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop strong relationships with our customers, meeting their needs in a quick and efficient manner. Your success will depend on your previous management experience combined with strong selling and customer service skills.

You will be responsible for supervising and participating in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service.

- check_circleTrack daily and weekly sales and complete sales reports
- check_circleEnsure advertised merchandise is set and signed properly
- check_circleManage sales and stock functions activities
- check_circleTrain and coach cosmetics Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals
- check_circleSupervise and coach fine/fashion jewelry sales personnel
- check_circleComplete weekly schedules with Human Resources
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verifiedPrevious cosmetics management experience preferred
- verifiedPrior retail sales management experience
- verifiedCosmetology license a plus
- verifiedPrior retail and/or selling experience in Fine Jewelry/Gemstones preferred
- verifiedStrong selling and/or customer service experience preferred
- verifiedAbility to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree. Previous cosmetics management experience. Prior retail and/or selling experience in Fine Jewelry/Gemstones. Strong selling and/or customer service experience. Cosmetology license.
