About the Role
As a Retail Sales Manager for Cosmetics & Jewelry, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, dynamic management team. In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop strong relationships with our customers, meeting every need in a quick and efficient manner.
Your success in this position will rely on your previous management experience combined with strong selling and customer service skills. You will not only supervise the cosmetics and fine/fashion jewelry departments but also actively participate in merchandising and setting up the selling floor to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
