About the Role
As a Retail Sales Manager for Cosmetics & Jewelry, you will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic management team. Your mission is to supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop strong relationships with our customers, meeting every need in a quick and efficient manner. This is a dynamic leadership role where your previous management experience, combined with strong selling and customer service skills, will drive your success.
You will supervise and participate in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service. In this position, you will aid in the training and coaching of Beauty Advisors and jewelry sales personnel, helping them achieve their sales goals while maintaining the high standards Boscov's is known for. Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verifiedPrevious cosmetics management experience preferred
- verifiedPrior retail sales management experience
- verifiedCosmetology license a plus
- verifiedPrior retail and/or selling experience in Fine Jewelry/Gemstones preferred
- verifiedStrong selling and/or customer service experience preferred
- verifiedAbility to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree. Previous cosmetics management experience. Cosmetology license. Prior retail and/or selling experience in Fine Jewelry/Gemstones. Strong selling and/or customer service experience.
