In this position, you will be the first line of contact for our members, driving the BJ’s value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, and perks. You will actively pitch membership programs to convert potential members while managing renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling opportunities. Beyond sales, you will handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
Your day will be defined by flawless execution and a commitment to our GOLD Member Standards. You will greet members, anticipate their needs, and appreciate their business, ensuring a fast, friendly, full, fresh, and clean environment. You will work with speed and agility to resolve concerns, de-escalate issues, and maintain a safe, positive atmosphere for both members and the team. Success in this role requires a high-energy approach to selling, a clear understanding of membership options and credit cards, and the ability to connect consistent execution to the positive impact on the business.
