About the Role
We are actively hiring for an experienced part-time Retail Sales Associate at our Lexington, KY location (3710 Palomar Centre Dr). This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy engaging with members to solve their travel and membership needs.
In this position, you will be the face of AAA, assisting members with planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, and vacation packages. You will also drive sales by up-selling and cross-selling AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals. Additionally, you will serve as a vital support resource by answering incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes and acting as a backup for cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services.
This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. No Sundays are required.
