About the Role
As a Sales Outfitter - Firearms at Cabela's, you will be the face of our firearms and hunting merchandise departments. This role is designed to deliver a legendary customer experience by blending expert product knowledge with world-class service. You will guide customers through their purchasing decisions, ensuring they find the right gear for their needs while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Your day will involve greeting every customer with a friendly demeanor, providing detailed information on firearms and ammunition, and demonstrating products to help shoppers make informed choices. You will manage the flow of the counter, ensuring all regulatory paperwork is handled with precision and that the sales floor remains organized, stocked, and visually appealing. As a key member of the team, you will also stay current on sales promotions and company programs to enhance the shopping journey.
