About the Role
The Sales Outfitter - Firearms serves as the frontline expert for our firearms and hunting merchandise counters. This role is dedicated to delivering a legendary customer experience by guiding shoppers through their purchasing decisions with professionalism and care. You will be the bridge between product knowledge and customer needs, ensuring every interaction is prompt, friendly, and informative.
In this position, you will manage the flow of the gun counter, from greeting customers to handling merchandise with the utmost care. A key part of your day involves ensuring all regulatory paperwork, such as ATF 4473 forms, is completed with precision. You will also act as a product expert, staying current on the latest firearms, ammunition, and sales promotions to provide accurate recommendations and assist customers in making informed choices.
Beyond the counter, you will maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines. This role requires a balance of independent judgment and adherence to established procedures, allowing you to resolve customer inquiries and operational tasks effectively under general supervision.

Requirements
