About the Role

This position serves as a vital leader within our store operations, responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams. You will act as a bridge between company strategy and store execution, utilizing the "One Best Way" service model to guide daily operations. In this role, you will lead by example, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and adaptability. You will manage the financial health of your designated area by analyzing profit and loss statements, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
