About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Assistant Store Manager for Computer Services. In this role, you will be a key leader within our Service Department, ensuring the orderly operation and safety of all areas under your responsibility. You will work effectively through associates to achieve desired results regarding customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, and technical solutions.
Your day will involve maintaining fiscal and operational controls, including planning and managing the Service Department P&L. You will ensure that all customer and computer issues are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of prompt and courteous service. Additionally, you will manage staffing, orientation, and training to ensure that associates are competent, certified, and properly scheduled to serve our customers. You will also serve as the manager-in-charge during the absence of the General Manager or other store managers, overseeing open and close procedures, freight flow, and inventory control.

Requirements
- verifiedCollege degree preferred
- verifiedTwo or more years of experience in a major big box retailer
- verifiedExperience in retail management including sales, merchandising, operations, and technical customer service
- verifiedExperience in human resources functions
- verifiedExperience within the consumer electronics industry strongly preferred
Nice to Have
A college degree. Experience within the consumer electronics industry.
