About the Role
This position is designed for individuals with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence who are passionate about the fashion industry. You will serve as a vital link between the brand and its customers, recommending and selecting merchandise based on individual needs while educating shoppers on current promotions. The role requires fostering repeat business by building genuine relationships and promoting the Saks credit card.
Beyond sales, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's environment. This includes managing the selling floor and fitting rooms, executing markdowns with urgency, and ensuring all merchandise displays comply with brand standards. You will also support asset protection initiatives and collaborate with store leadership on special projects. The goal is to resolve customer issues with trust, integrity, and respect, ensuring a positive result in every interaction.

Requirements
