About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and operating our Company-owned retail facility. Your primary mission is to ensure the store runs safely, profitably, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the team, and step in to lead the store whenever the manager is unavailable.
This position is ideal for someone with an enthusiastic, upbeat attitude and a positive, team-oriented management style. You will be the backbone of the store's daily rhythm, supervising and training employees, troubleshooting sales and close-out issues, and ensuring seamless shift coverage. Whether you are handling customer relations, managing cash flow, or maintaining inventory, your goal is to create a welcoming environment for our shoppers.
Working Environment
You will spend approximately 95% of your time indoors, working in a dynamic retail setting. The role involves a mix of independent work and periodic supervision, requiring you to function effectively in small spaces. You may encounter intermittent cold temperatures while working in walk-in coolers or freezers. The physical nature of the job includes standing or walking for entire shifts, lifting and carrying items up to 60 lbs., and utilizing various electronic and manual equipment to keep the store running smoothly.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $14.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on store location, merit, and experience, with the potential for a pay increase after the 90-day probationary period. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

How to Apply
