Our team seeks a Store Sales Specialist to help us create better outdoor experiences by sharing knowledge, giving recommendations, and engaging with customers every day. About the Role

You will be the face of the outdoors for our members and guests. In this role, you will share your knowledge of REI products and services, staying ahead of trends to guide customers on their next adventure. You will assist with questions about products, memberships, and special ticket sales, while promoting REI goods and services. Your day will involve engaging in sales and service training, supporting store pick-up operations, and ensuring visual standards are met. You will use innovative thinking and sound judgment to solve problems and make solid recommendations by combining information from various sources.
