About the Role

As a key leader in our store operations, you will direct and guide both management and hourly associates in delivering exceptional customer service. Your mission is to model excellence, ensuring that every customer need, complaint, and issue is resolved effectively within company standards. You will drive the financial performance of the facility by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and aligning wages with sales targets. Beyond the store floor, you will serve as a community representative, fostering relationships with local groups and promoting our sustainability efforts to emphasize the facility's role as a vital part of the community.
