About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of AAA, guiding members through their travel planning needs and introducing them to our diverse product offerings. Your day will involve up-selling and cross-selling memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals, while assisting customers with domestic travel arrangements like car rentals, hotels, and vacation packages.

During peak call volumes, you will serve as a vital support resource by answering overflow calls for Roadside Assistance, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. You will also act as a versatile team member, stepping in to support cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services as needed.

Work-Life Balance & Schedule

We value your time off. This part-time position (25 hours per week) features a consistent schedule with no Sunday shifts. Store hours are Monday 9 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM. Please note that during the approximately 5-week training period, full-week availability is required.
