As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. In this position, you will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities. Your day-to-day impact includes recommending products and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to store performance metrics.
You will also be responsible for maintaining well-stocked inventory, organizing merchandise, and following proper cash handling and loss prevention policies. A key part of your role involves utilizing structured processes to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems, assisting customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.

Requirements
