About the Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. You will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. You will recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Additionally, you will assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations, and use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. By utilizing structured processes and adhering to safety policies, you will help keep store operations running smoothly and securely.
