About the Role

As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Whether you are passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales, this role offers significant opportunities for growth. You will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with managers and teammates to create a motivated environment, recommending products and promotions to enhance the customer experience, and utilizing diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Additionally, you will assist with installation services for items like wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs, while maintaining store organization and adhering to safety policies.

Hiring Process

We look for individuals with basic knowledge of automotive parts and the physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. A flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime, is required. While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, we value exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English, as well as previous experience in automotive retail or ASE Certification.
