In this position, you will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, supporting team members and demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities. Your day-to-day impact includes recommending products and services to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Additionally, you will assist customers with specific installation services, such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs, and utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.

Hiring Process

The selection process looks for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and basic knowledge of automotive parts.
