About the Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Whether you are passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales, this role offers significant opportunities for growth within an essential industry serving the motoring public.
In this position, you will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment, and recommend products and services to enhance the shopping experience. You will also stay up-to-date on automotive parts and tools, assist with installations such as wiper blades and batteries, and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.
