About the Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Whether you are passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales, this role offers significant opportunities for growth within an essential industry serving the motoring public.
In this position, you will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities. Your day-to-day impact includes recommending products and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals. You will also maintain well-stocked inventory, follow proper cash handling and loss prevention policies, and ensure store operations run smoothly.
Beyond general sales, you will utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to company safety policies using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems, assisting customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs. Additionally, you will use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
