About the Role
The Sales Associate is the face of the brand, supporting our purpose by providing outstanding customer service and upholding the unique atmosphere of Crazy Shirts. This role is designed for individuals who are goal-oriented and thrive in a fun, competitive environment. You will be responsible for implementing our sales techniques to build lasting relationships with customers while ensuring the store remains visually appealing and fully stocked.
Your day will involve managing store operations from opening to closing, including handling register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing cash. You will also play a key role in protecting store assets and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently, perform physical tasks such as moving items up to 45lbs, and adapt to varied noise levels within the store environment.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully pass a background screening process as part of the application requirements. Please note that this role requires the ability to work alone in a store setting and adhere to all company policies regarding workplace safety and exposure prevention.
