About the Role
As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you will be the engaging, fearless, and outgoing face of our studio. This role is designed for someone who loves to talk but, more importantly, loves to listen to new clients, established members, and prospective guests. You will lead retail sales and customer service efforts, creating an exceptional massage experience every time a client enters the studio.
In this position, you will be the first and final face of hospitality, whether interacting on the phone or in person. You will guide clients through our proven sales process to enroll them in the Wellness Program, ensuring the appointment paperwork and payment process remains brief, painless, and accurate. Working closely with Managers and Massage Therapists, you will help create an environment where clients are the center of the world, turning every interaction into a story of great customer service.
Hiring Process
Prospective hires must be willing to demonstrate schedule flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates with prior retail sales experience, specifically in selling memberships or services in-person, are highly encouraged to apply.
