About the Role

This position is designed for individuals passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role requires you to act as a role model for established customer experience practices, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect.

In this role, you will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. You will also participate in store recovery efforts, maintain safety standards, and actively contribute to shrink reduction goals.
