About the Role
Visitor Experience Attendants are fundamental to Storm King's daily operations and are involved in every element of the visitor experience. You will be critical to the smooth operation of the site, assisting visitors with wayfinding, providing information on featured exhibitions and collections, and ensuring the safety of visitors, staff, and the sculpture. Your day will involve engaging with the public to foster a positive environment, monitoring the site primarily by foot, and responding proactively to safety issues. Depending on the specific needs of the season, you may also support events, operate trams, manage point-of-sale transactions, or oversee bike rentals. This role requires you to work outdoors in all weather conditions across hills, grass, and gravel pathways, maintaining a clean and safe environment while upholding Storm King's values.

Requirements
