The Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising leads and supports the Store Leader in directing activities required to achieve all store goals. This includes driving best-in-class guest service, meeting sales objectives, managing operating expenses, ensuring loss prevention, and maintaining exceptional merchandising presentation. You will be responsible for driving both associate and guest engagement while providing guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge sharing.
As a Visual Leader, you will drive excellence in all aspects of the store with a special focus on elevating visual design. You will be a seeker of inspiration, possessing a thirst for knowledge and the drive to consistently improve results. This role involves managing floor sets, window installations, seasonal décor, and the overall store atmosphere, including scent and music. You will partner with the Visual District Leader to oversee the roll-out of visual environments and ensure the brand aesthetic remains relevant to the store environment.
