About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. You will help maintain a clean and organized store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role may involve cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. You will model established customer experience practices, support a positive store culture through honesty and integrity, and ensure the sales floor remains organized and ready for shoppers.
