About the Role

This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's evolving needs. From processing transactions and promoting loyalty programs to participating in store recovery and safety initiatives, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Location & Compensation

This role is based at our Marshalls Store 1171 in Petoskey, MI (1529 Anderson Rd). The position offers a competitive starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
