About the Role
We are seeking an Entry Level Manager to serve as a Retail Supervisor at our Oscoda Store (5122 N. US 23). This position is designed for someone ready to lead by example, fostering a professional environment for both donors and customers. In this role, you will be the face of our mission on the sales floor, organizing displays and ensuring the store operates smoothly while helping us meet our sales and margin goals.
You will play a key part in training and motivating store staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. The role requires a hands-on approach, including the ability to stand for six to eight hours, lift and carry up to 35 pounds, and maintain a cheerful, professional demeanor throughout the day.
