About the Role
As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will join a dynamic team focused on customer satisfaction and engaging sales activities. In this role, you will assist and support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver the best customer experience and technology solutions using a variety of AT&T products and services.
You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment where you can expect to meet and exceed personal performance goals while executing sales and operation initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, as well as assisting in the development and training of team members. You will help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service and participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
