About the Role
As a member of our HomeGoods team, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. This role embodies our customer experience principles and philosophy while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring a positive atmosphere for both internal and external customers.
In this position, you will model established customer experience practices and support a store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Your day-to-day activities include accurately processing customer purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining our merchandising philosophy. You will also participate in store recovery efforts, uphold organizational and cleanliness standards, and contribute to safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. The role may involve cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business.
