About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a floor leader, ensuring associates greet customers and present credible product solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. You will oversee visual merchandising, manage freight flow and inventory control, and lead open and close procedures. As a key part of the management team, you will participate in staffing and training, provide coaching to associates, and act as the manager-in-charge during the absence of store managers. This position requires the ability to communicate professionally with customers of varying technical expertise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
