About the Role
As a Store Manager, you are the face of Nike. You will enjoy a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your diverse experience and perspective help guide customers in making the best decisions for them. Your mission is to lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver the best experience for customers while ensuring they feel included, supported, and part of something bigger.
You will work with your team to focus on customer service and "get to the win the right way." This involves properly training your team, implementing our Service Principles, and driving store growth strategies. You are the leader people look to for encouragement, bringing Nike to life for our customers, communities, and colleagues. You will also create opportunities to continue building upon community partnerships.
