About the Role

As a member of our HomeGoods team, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. This role embodies our customer experience principles and philosophy, ensuring every interaction is engaging and positive. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

In this position, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will accurately process customer purchases and returns, promote our credit and loyalty programs, and uphold our merchandising philosophy. The role requires active participation in store recovery, maintaining organizational and cleanliness standards across the sales floor, and fostering a safe environment through safety awareness. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business.
