About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging and interacting with all customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role requires you to adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring the store runs smoothly and safely.

You will serve as a role model for established customer experience practices, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Your day-to-day responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining merchandising standards. You will also participate in store recovery efforts, safety awareness initiatives, and shrink reduction programs. As a team member, you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's evolving needs.
