About the Role
This position is dedicated to delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging and interacting with all customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business. This is an opportunity to model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, promote our credit and loyalty programs, and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
