About the Role
As a leader on the frontline, you will be instrumental in promoting a "Highly-Satisfied" customer experience while driving customer loyalty. This role is designed to help develop high-performing teams through the training and mentoring of associates on the execution of register transactions and store operations. You will act with integrity to adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for customer concerns, addressing issues promptly and keeping the team updated on feedback and company initiatives. You will assign registers, coordinate breaks to ensure optimized coverage, and maintain the cleanliness and organizational standards of the frontline. Your ability to train others, handle confidential information with discretion, and work collaboratively as a team member will be essential to the store's success.
