About the Role

This position is designed to help you grow your career within our Homesense store. You will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring your team processes merchandise efficiently and effectively. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing the flow of goods onto the sales floor. Beyond logistics, you will model exceptional customer service, creating a positive internal and external experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You will also play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment while upholding our merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
