The Store Consultant is the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. In this customer service-focused role, you will leverage your knowledge of our print, signs & graphics, and shipping services to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions. You will be the go-to expert for taking complex orders, coordinating store activities, and managing the production queue from start to finish.
Your day will involve operating a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment, assembling parcels, and ensuring the retail environment remains safe, clean, and orderly. Beyond technical operations, you will foster a culture of quality by identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and reduce waste, directly contributing to the store's profitability and customer satisfaction.
