About the Role
As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our shoppers, utilizing your expertise in print, signs & graphics, and shipping to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy the challenge of managing complex projects while ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Your day-to-day involves more than just processing orders; you will coordinate store activities, manage production queues, and operate a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment. Whether you are wrapping parcels for shipping, setting up binding machines, or handling financial transactions at the Point of Sale, your goal is to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly store while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements
