The Onsite Lead Consultant serves as a pivotal leader within the FedEx Office team, bridging the gap between operational excellence and exceptional customer service. This role is designed for a versatile professional who thrives in dynamic environments, capable of managing production, mailroom, and retail services based on specific customer business needs. Whether leading complex production workflows or guiding customers through intricate project bids, the Lead Consultant ensures that every interaction reflects the company's commitment to quality and efficiency.
In this position, you will provide clear direction and training to onsite team members while assisting leadership in monitoring and facilitating processes across all work streams. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, utilizing sound judgment to resolve customer issues and drive continuous improvement. The role demands a deep understanding of FedEx Office products and services, allowing you to offer consultative expertise that anticipates customer needs and delivers tailored solutions.
Your day will likely shift between three core pillars of the business, adapting to the rhythm of the onsite location:
Throughout your shift, you will collaborate with office and print locations, maintain a safe and clutter-free workspace, and ensure the confidentiality of all customer data. You will also play a key role in cross-shift communication, ensuring seamless operations regardless of the time of day.
