About the Role
The Store Consultant is the face of our retail location, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of our print, signs & graphics, and shipping services to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to coordinating store activities and managing production queues.
Your day will involve operating a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment, assembling parcels, and ensuring the store remains a safe, clean, and orderly environment. As a key team member, you will also assist in training others, maintaining retail supplies, and supporting financial transactions, all while adhering to our high standards for customer service and operational excellence.
