About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Greeter to serve as the welcoming face of LaGuardia Terminal B. This position is designed for individuals entering or returning to the workforce, offering a supportive environment to develop professional skills. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, tasked with providing excellent customer service and ensuring every visitor feels comfortable and informed.

Your day will involve managing high volumes of guests while upholding the Terminal B service standards: "Safe Hands," "Best at What We Do," "Show We Care," and "Strong Partnerships." You will work collaboratively within a growing team to drive operational efficiencies, identify opportunities to promote terminal activities, and assist guests in finding the best solutions for their needs. The role also includes maintaining a clean and secure environment through light housekeeping duties and ensuring inventory is stocked to support airline printing needs.
