Key Responsibilities
- check_circleBuild genuine relationships with members and players to create a welcoming environment
- check_circlePromote upcoming programs, tournaments, and social events to strengthen community culture
- check_circleLead daily club operations including check-ins, court management, and real-time problem-solving
- check_circleManage court reservations, private lessons, and event bookings using scheduling systems
- check_circleSupport retail operations including inventory tracking, merchandise presentation, and sales
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized front desk and ensure towels are replenished and monitored
- check_circleHandle member billing inquiries, courtesy calls, and balance-due outreach with confidentiality
- check_circleResolve member issues or complaints promptly using empathy and a member-first approach
- check_circleComplete daily reports and special assignments as directed by management
- check_circleConnect players and drive participation in programs, leagues, events, and tournaments
