Harbin Clinic, part of Atrium and Advocate Health located in Rome, GA, is seeking a highly motivated, Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our team and lead the growth of a new neurosurgical service line. This position is designed for a surgeon who is passionate about building a patient panel, enjoying an established referral network, and providing top-tier care in a Level 2 trauma center. You will be a part of a premier multi-specialty group with over 200 providers across 37 specialties.

About the Role

In this role, you will build your own practice, supported by a commitment to niche interests alongside meeting the general neurosurgical needs of the community, including intracranial and spinal procedures. You will enjoy shared call with four community neurosurgeons in a supportive environment featuring O-ARM Imaging Systems, dedicated OR staff, and APP support. An active physician leadership group provides full administrative support to ensure the success of your practice.

Backed by a strong, existing, and growing network of PCPs and regional hospital partners, you will have access to a broad internal referral base of clinicians serving in primary care, medicine, and surgical specialties, with over 1.4 million patient encounters annually. Your day-to-day will involve developing and managing a thriving inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical practice, performing comprehensive procedures, and participating in community outreach to foster relationships with referring physicians while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
