This position is designed for a dedicated professional who will serve as the face of Primo Brands on the road. You will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to manage a customer base with an average of 50+ stops per day. Your day will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by resolving service calls, managing inventory, and balancing daily route activities.
Beyond logistics, you will act as a growth partner for our clients. Using handheld systems to manage transactions and data, you will identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers and upsell our current product line. This role requires a blend of operational diligence and customer service excellence, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality hydration and community investment.
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with team members. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service.
